Terms of use

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms apply when you create a ScoreMIX account. They're written to be read; if anything is unclear, write to hello@getscoremix.com.

Who provides ScoreMIX

ScoreMIX is provided by Adrian, in Romania ("I" below). Contact: hello@getscoremix.com.

Copyright

Many songs are protected by copyright. Add only songs you have the right to use, for example songs in the public domain, your own, or songs your church is licensed to use (such as through CCLI), and use your library for your own playing and your own groups.

To report a copyright problem, write to hello@getscoremix.com with: the work, what you believe infringes it and where (a shared link, if there is one), your contact details, and a statement that you own the rights or act for the owner. I'll look into it promptly and remove or block access to material that infringes. Accounts that keep infringing are closed.

Fair use of the service

Don't use ScoreMIX to break the law, to upload anything harmful, to get into other people's accounts or data, to overload or attack the service, or to copy it automatically. If an account does, I may suspend or close it, and I'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Availability

I work to keep ScoreMIX running, its data backed up every night, and its features working as described, but I can't promise it will never be down or lose something. Keep your own copy of anything important (Settings → Download my library). Features may change over time; if I ever stop running ScoreMIX, you get at least 60 days' notice to download your library, and a refund for any Pro time you've paid for and wouldn't get.

Liability

As far as the law allows, my liability to you is limited to what you've paid for ScoreMIX in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. I may close an account that breaks these terms, as described above.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer law, and you can take a dispute to the courts there. Please write to me first: most problems are quicker to solve by email. You can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, account holders get an email at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can cancel and delete your account before the change applies.
